Taylor Valmores, Assistant Project Coordinator
For Arellano Associates, Taylor Valmores serves as an Assistant Project Coordinator and provides strategic public outreach services for a variety of transportation, planning, and construction projects. His support tasks include; database management, research of public meeting venues and organization of meeting supplies, development of collateral materials, and mail-out preparations. Taylor also provides updates to project e-blast communication programs, and website notification.
Taylor joins Arellano Associates after serving as the “Get Out The Vote” Supervisor for the Latino Voter’s League, managing and directing staff in offices throughout Southern California. While working to increase the voter turnout for the Latino community in the 2016 election cycle, he also worked for Environment California to pass California’s most recent plastic bag ban referendum and the CalPIRG campaign to stop the overuse of antibiotics on Factory Farms. In addition to his campaign and grassroots organizing experience, Mr. Valmores has a legislative background working for the Riverside County Supervisor, State Senator Roth, and several Congressmen. In all of these roles he has been a strong advocate for marginalized communities, education reform, and environmental justice.
