Metro is extending the E Line further east from its current terminus at Atlantic Blvd./Pomona Blvd. in East Los Angeles into the City of Whittier. Once fully built, the project will connect communities to vital destinations and serve the cities of Commerce, Montebello, Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs and Whittier, and the unincorporated communities of East Los Angeles and West Whittier-Los Nietos. Since 2007, Arellano Associates has played a crucial role, leading community engagement and outreach, focusing on inclusivity and strategic partnerships to foster communication and public involvement in this transformative project.
