The Riverside County Transportation Commission, in partnership with California Operation Lifesaver, has been enhancing rail safety awareness near tracks in Riverside County since 2014. Focused outreach to schools, events, and businesses near train tracks, with messages in English and Spanish, aims to promote safe behavior and mitigate trespassing dangers. Arellano Associates has been pivotal in these efforts and spearheading RCTC’s rail safety campaign, crafting targeted messages and employing dynamic marketing approaches to deepen community impact and safety knowledge.
