Pure Water Project
The Pure Water Project Las Virgenes-Triunfo is a regional water reliability project that will transform surplus recycled water into a purified, drought-resilient water supply for communities in western Los Angeles and eastern Ventura Counties. The project will help reduce reliance on imported water, strengthen long-term water security, and create a sustainable local water source for the region.
Arellano Associates is supporting Las Virgenes Municipal Water District with comprehensive public outreach for this major regional water reliability project with clear, proactive, and community-centered communications.
Lead construction outreach and public communications for residents, businesses, agencies, and community stakeholders.
Develop project updates, digital communications, website content, social media, signage, and construction notices.
Coordinate with LVMWD, the project team, cities, agencies, and elected offices to share timely and accurate information.
Support in-person engagement, pop-ups, stakeholder meetings, and community-facing materials.
Plan and conduct creative Pure Water Coffee, and Beer Tasting events to help build trust and understanding around purified recycled water.
