SR-60 Potrero Boulevard Interchange
Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) and the City of Beaumont, in partnership with Caltrans, are constructing Phase II of the SR-60/Potrero Boulevard Interchange Project to improve access, traffic flow, and regional mobility in the Beaumont area. The project includes a new six-ramp partial cloverleaf interchange, the realignment of Western Knolls Avenue, and the widening of Potrero Boulevard to six lanes.
Arellano Associates is providing strategic construction communications, public outreach, and stakeholder engagement to keep residents, businesses, commuters, freight operators, public safety partners, and community facilities informed during project delivery. Through timely updates, digital communications, field outreach, issue management, and milestone events, Arellano helps reduce disruption, build awareness, and strengthen confidence in this regional mobility investment.

Lead construction outreach and public communications to share timely project updates, closures, detours, and milestones.
Support stakeholder coordination with nearby residents, businesses, freight operators, public safety partners, and community facilities.
Develop public-facing materials, including e-blasts, newsletters, social media content, website updates, fact sheets, signage, and project notices.
Manage community inquiries, hotline support, claims tracking, and one-on-one stakeholder engagement.
Support special project events, including groundbreaking and ribbon-cutting activities, to build awareness and positive community momentum.
