Edgar Gutierrez oversees project delivery for AA, ensuring quality for our clients and is a valued member of AA's leadership team. He also serves as a Senior Project Manager for various high profile rail and highway programs and has exhibited a tremendous ability to relate to both public and private sector clients, as well as evaluate their needs and offer excellent “real-time” conventional and innovative solutions.
